1- Can I order by phone?
Yes. The minimum order is $100.00 by phone. Online order is $25.00 minimum.
2- When will you ship my order?
Normally we ship within 1-2 days. It may take longer if we have item out of stock or have problem
to process your credit card.
3- Can I have my order shipped same day?
Yes. You need to call us with the order number before 2:00pm pacific time.
4- How long will it need to make personalized order?
It needs 1-2 days for small order. Or a few days for larger order.
5- How can I know the shipping before ordering?
You can enter the quantity for the item online. Then check out. You can see the shipping cost after
choosing Ground,Priority or Express before you pay anything.
6- How do you decide the shipping cost?
Grouping shipping is upon the weight.
Priority shipping is upon weight or dimension weight whichever the number is larger.
Dimension weight is calculate with the formula: length times width times thickness
divided by 194.
For example, one 50" bear may weight only 7 lbs, but it needs a box size
21"x17" x 16" to fit that bear. The dimension weight for this bear will be 21"x17"x16"
/ 194 = 29 lbs. The priority shipping will be 29 lbs.
Express shipping is upon the weight.
The shipping may look like higher if you order $100&under since we do charge a
minimum shipping. It takes us same labor/resource to process a $25 order or $500
order. When you increase the order quantity, the shipping rate will going down. For
example, it may cost you $17.95 shipping to place a $25 order. It may only cost you
$25 shipping for a $100 order.
7- How can I track my order?
If you place order online, you will receive a email with a link to track your order. Or
you can call us with order number.
If you place order by phone, you can call us with your order number.
Or you can send us a email request for tracking with your order number. If you do
not have the order number, you can

You can send back by cheapest way. Keep a tracking number with you. Call us
after 5-7 days to check if we receive your return. We will refund you after we
receive your return. It may take 3-5 working days to show the refund transaction in
your account upon bank-to-bank's process.For personalized bear, we can only
refund the teddy bear cost, not personalization cost.
9- What will you do if my credit card is not through?
We may call or email you right way or try to process your card in next following days. We will not
ship it out without having your new credit card.
